Advanced user of Apriso ProductionI really like that Apriso integrates in with Oracle and how easy it is to understand and teach new staff to use. The functions are clean and straightforward, and there's not a lot of delay between clicking and the correct screen popping up.
In receiving functions for inventory management, the way that ASN's are divided can cause the system to generate a false tag that ends up creating inventory tracking problems. I also don't like that the history function is extremely slow, and inventory export is not in chronological order.
It's over all a great program. Be aware of its shortcomings (access to history, receiving issues mentioned prior) and take the time to actually fully learn all of the functions it has.
We are able to see real time where our inventory is within our warehouse. We see on hand quantities, and we can also see a general glimpse of inbound quantities. This helps us to align our production goals and stay on schedule.
