Administrator in Non-Profit Organization Management
Advanced user of ApricotApricot is easy to learn for standard users and administrators. I am able to easily build out forms that meet my needs and the client's. Additionally, there are a lot of features available to improve the client experience--constantly unveiling new things!
Bugs- it works 98% of the time like it should, but every now and then I will receive an error for some unknown reason or reports will populate incomplete data.
It's great for intake forms and tracking client interactions. It's particularly useful if you have many people working with the same client. Additionally, it's also improved our ability to evaluate our program.
