What do you like best?

Apptentive is an amazing tool that helps us to establish a meaningful relationship with the customers in plenty of ways that starts with gathering customer feedback, analyze and tag reviews to the right group as well as, build a strong relationship with customers by having a direct two-way conversation within the app without any additional cost.

What do you dislike?

The review sentiment analysis still needs improvements, most of the cases even for positive reviews it will segregate the reviews as negative or heartbroken

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Apptentive is the right tool to reach the customer and understand their problems. So don't see this tool as the customer review boasting tool instead it is the tool to improve the customer satisfaction
