Greatly automates permissions but makes it hard for humans to configure
What do you like best?
AODocs automatically sets permissions for each file and folder so that all the users the admin intends to have access to them can access it, and those who should not have access to it do not. Even better: it doesn't allow users to add other users so whatever security policy the admin has in mind is always enforced.
What do you dislike?
The UI is very cumbersome to use. For example, to move a file to a sub-folder you just created might take anywhere from 5 to 10 clicks. Often times, users mess up because of the unintuitive UI and cannot fix it because they don't have the permission, leaving the admin to do tons of clean up work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The main problem we're solving is implementing a security policy at the folder level so that each team or organization can access its docs but no one else. Being able to trust a computer/software to do this is much more reliable than requiring humans to implement the policy.
