Dashboard provides data transparency and better tracking toward goal
What do you like best?
The dashboard tool is intuitive. i required zero training to figure out how to access data, and download files. The dashboard tracks & displays key parameters. It's flexible, and has evolved. The Ansira team has worked diligently to respond to the customer's needs. I use the Report Card & Reporting features on a regular basis, to review dealer status. I love the equipment status feature. Overall, it's a one-stop shop for critical EV enrollment information.
What do you dislike?
I experienced an issue where I could not access the dashboard - there was an issue authenticating to the site. I had to use a workaround provided by Ansira personnel during this time. I tried to resolve with my corporate help desk, unsuccessfully. Finally, someone on the Ansira side figured out the authentication issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Compared to the way that enrollment was previously tracked (spreadsheet on a sharepoint site), this is phenomenal. this gives dealers the opportunity to monitor their progress, which i have to think will improve compliance. There's transparency of the data. The field organization doesn't have to be as involved - this puts the dealers in better control. Having direct visibility to dealer status and achievement towards program requirements made my work with the certification program (managing dealer enrollment deposit & subsequent refund, and tracking equipment orders, much easier & straightforward.
