What do you like best?

The user interface is very smooth. The ability to send text or email to the customer directly from the CRM gives you the advantage of multi-task.

What do you dislike?

The image or file size which could be uploaded is only 5 megapixel which needs to be increased.

As Technical support, ticket creating and despatching to the IT in a matter of times was very helpful.

Switching between live calls to email or live chat flexibility gives you much more convenience rather than re-logging to an entirely different system. The integration of technical support systems with customer-orientated support gave me time to complete my tasks within SLA.
