- Intuitive and easy to get started, functional visual designer
- good NLU engine allowing multiple language models, algorithms and even multiple providers (e.g. it works with Microsoft's LUIS engine as well).
- Love the NLU decision tree!
- Live hand-over to a human agent

No instant SaaS purchase option (yet) from what I can see
