Great product and team, just wasn't a fit for us long-term
What do you like best?
The team! They were wonderful to work with and offered great suggestions for campaigns and other ways to improve our program.
What do you dislike?
The cost was the only downside for us. As a small team we couldn't justify the cost unless our customers were using the tool. Since external adoption was low we had to seek a different solution for employee engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to leverage your internal advocacy this is a great tool. Cost may be a limiting factor for small companies but the tool does a great job of tying ROI to specific activities so it's easy to demonstrate return to higher ups.

We had great success using Ambassify for employee engagement and amplifying our social media efforts. We're blessed with a very engaged team and this gave us a structured way to reward them for helping us spread the word about recruiting and other company initiatives on social.
