What do you like best?

ALM Complete end-to-end test management tool. It is way cheaper than HP ALM. Ease of usage is similar to ALM. I have used both and compared to HP ALM it is light weight and doesn't get stuck when we try to import/export the test cases.

What do you dislike?

Custom reports flexibility is not very easy compare to HP ALM, but built in reports are useful. It will be good we if we can also do release management within ALMComplete.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This tool is recommended for a company that would like to have the complete test management in a single tool and also for someone using Smart bear products to add to the stack.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Complete application life cycle management under one tool, integration of smart bear automation tools like soapui pro/ready api. We used Selenium scripts for automation and kicked off the scripts directly from ALM Complete and it would update the status correctly back to ALMComplete.
