Advanced user of Allscripts CareDirectorAs a user it is easy to use with simple directions to get you where you need to go so you can interview patients and get them help quickly and efficiently. Being that this company is world wide, many companies offer this to their employees.
Some patients may not have this at their reach like the elderly population. As a healthcare administrator not being able to see patients clearly can be a downfall not to the app's fault. Additionally not many companies showcase that this is offered and many people go a long time before realizing this is available to them. So it goes under utilized unfortunately and for some that really need it and dont know.
If you're looking for an easy way to recieve care without the hassle of driving into a doctors office this is the way to go. For patients immunocompromised this has been beneficial to keep them safe while also delivering treatment or care.
