Advanced user of HealtheCareI like that the help desk is so helpful. The learning curve is a bit difficult but once you're over it, it's easy to use.
I don't like that it crashes a lot, especially the more patient files you have open. It freezes a lot and is very slow sometimes, it's aggravating. I wish there was a way to save & send patient files - it's difficult to save files uploaded to a patient's chart. Sometimes when I try to print a file from a chart, it prints a blank page instead.
it can be very slow and crash when many files are open. It's also very hard to save a file to your computer that's on the patient's medical record. I would suggest a "save and sent" function for patient files.
My hospital uses it as a way to keep electronic patient medical records - we've gone paperless with charts. It's secure and organized. It's also available through our VPN.
