Easy to use with better options for community care
What do you like best?
As a user it is easy to use with simple directions to get you where you need to go so you can interview patients and get them help quickly and efficiently. Being that this company is world wide, many companies offer this to their employees.
What do you dislike?
Some patients may not have this at their reach like the elderly population. As a healthcare administrator not being able to see patients clearly can be a downfall not to the app's fault. Additionally not many companies showcase that this is offered and many people go a long time before realizing this is available to them. So it goes under utilized unfortunately and for some that really need it and dont know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy way to recieve care without the hassle of driving into a doctors office this is the way to go. For patients immunocompromised this has been beneficial to keep them safe while also delivering treatment or care.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Medical questions answered at the click of a button. Being able to monitor patients without them coming into the office which helps everyone especially those who dont drive. saving in house costs are a huge benefit as well. No need to come in for a quick check up utilizing room space and supplies just for a 5 minute assessment or conversation so you can get a prescription refill or to read lab results.
