What do you like best?
customer support is excellent, it assists with costume orders, also can produce progress reports and class attendance sheets.
What do you dislike?
Not so good for studios with more than 1 stream that's separated. For instance we are one company with 3 separate streams. it required us to purchase separate software for the 3 divisions
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This software was our bible for the first 5 years. DanceWorks was the glue to our administration skills. It taught us things that we didn't know could be easier; like ordering 500 costumes from 6 different companies for 200 children.
