Fast, Lightweight yet very powerful & flexible

What do you like best?

Transparency & flexibility. My team & I get to create cards easily & monitor my department's different SaaS spend with full accountability whenever we have them up for review. Reimbursements are smooth and quick. The policy reminders in-app make it easy for me & my team to understand what they are tripping up & addressing immediately, reducing any back & forth.

Seeing my department's card & reimbursement reporting in one place has helped immensely to easily keep track of how we're tracking against quarterly & annual budgets.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really -- it works like a charm! Have used others, which all feel archaic.

I don't use the bills feature, though I know other departments in our company do and speak highly of its accurate auto-filling of information.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. Zero'ed ghost spend on the corporate card I used to own. I now never have to be answerable to our accounting team for spend, since there is a spend owner for each charge & I'm not the only one answerable.

2. Receipts are easily attached using their mobile app & reminders. I used to feel guilty when the accountant was wasting her time chasing me.
