What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The insight3 platform / managed service has significantly helped our senior account executives stay current with what is going on (in the public domain) with their accounts. In most cases, these are large and complex businesses and it is challenging for account executives not only to stay on top of everything but to actually be able to take immediate action on it. The insight3 platform saves our account executives several hours every week in order to stay current on the latest news about their accounts; and in many cases, has uncovered (or accelerated) new business opportunities and strategic conversations with their customers.
