What do you like best?

Whatever you can imagine wanting in an insurance database system, you will find in AgencySmart. When compared to AgencyBloc and others, this was a "No Brainer" decision.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing to dislike. I never regretted making this decision.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Changing your insurance database system can be a frightful experience and exhausting experience. Did you make the right decision? Will they convert all the necessary data properly? How responsive are they when i need help? Will it do everything they said it would do? I must say the transition went so much better than expected. This was mainly due to the responsiveness of the tech support to get your system up and running as smoothly as possible. Anytime we saw something missing from our old system, they immediately came up with a quick fix.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Besides the normal data base data and commission tracking, I now have the ability to quote health insurance plans with one system. I look forward to exploring the new Benefit Administration system giving me another edge to obtain new business while retaining existing business.
