Aegis is a transaction-based software configuration management system. It provides a framework within which a team of developers may work on many changes to a program independently, and Aegis coordinates integrating these changes back into the master source of the program, with as little disruption as possible.

Advanced user of AegisEasy to provide a framework for agile development teams, very helpful for integrating code changes. Integrating the changes into the master source is an easy and uncomplicated process. This allows our DevOps teams to be able to respond rapidly for software releases.
Tends to be slow at times, I am not sure if that is a program defect or a computer/server issue though. I don't really like the attachment types, I feel like it could be upgraded so cloud-based uploading could be implemented. The whole GUI seems to be a bit out dated, almost like its a 90's style program.
I like the fact that I can pull reports very easily from the database and automatically creates my spreadsheets for me without having to input anything manually. Its very automated and you can do most things with just a click of a button.
