What do you like best?

It was very easy to find pull up patients by using different search queries. Ex. DOB, address, name etc. Also easy to input patient data, and create word documents from the data.

What do you dislike?

It seemed to lose information occasionally and I had to input it all again. RX feature was hardest to get to integrate with pharmacies but that may not have been Advanced MDs fault.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have customer services number! Will need it while you are new to the program. Lots of questions at the beginning. But it's a good program for a small practice once you learn it.

Had some issues sending in RX via the software. Easy to navigate and connect with other software.
