What do you like best?

I like that ADP handles all of the compliance for us so that we don't need to. When it comes to new payroll payslip requirements for a state, new Paid Family Leave laws, tax reform laws etc we don't need to do the research because ADP handles that for us. By the time we need it ADP has a solution in place and instructions on what to do.

What do you dislike?

I haven't always had the best customer service when I have needed issues resolved. This is because we have Workday Connect. The team members that are assigned to our account are not familiar with Workday so a lot of the time it is not helpful to reach out to ADP and ask for help and better to figure it out in house.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ADP recently made some big changes to their online portal. I love the changes. The portal is so much more user friendly. It's easier to navigate and figure out where things are. The tax section is very easy to use. When we process a file we can see if there were jurisdictions that have errors, what the error is and what we need to do to correct it.
