The dashboard is visually laid out and very simple to use. For employees, OnBlick offers a comprehensive, easy-to-use hub for all the important details. For employers, it is just as easy to use. Everyday tasks and pulling public access file or tracking employees are now painless. If you do not know where to find a certain piece of info, the intuitive layout means that a few moments of exploration can easily answer most questions. I appreciate that the layout is no-frills because it means crucial information and functionality are easy to find and use. The mobile platform is easy to use and offers great functionality, which is an extremely beneficial aspect of the software.

Think about all the numerous tasks that you do regarding your employee online files, benefits, and payroll management. Then talk each process through with the OnBlicks team so you understand how things work with their company so you know what to expect.

If you are looking to automate your HR, this is a great first step. You don't even have to use them for health insurance if you don't want to switch but I highly recommend it. Goodbye paper. Public Access File automation made easy with OnBlick. I have the best client service representative out of any technology platform I've used. She's helpful and gets back to me quickly. Additionally, I feel like my feedback regarding changes to the tools is listened to and I find changes have been made rather quickly. Overall, I am one of OnBlicks biggest cheerleaders and think it deserves all the praise from HR leaders.
