The interface could be updated to look more modern, but that's my only complaint!
Have a cheat-sheet of shortcuts that you give to all your staff members - it makes it less bothersome to get questions from staff during meets when they have the shortcuts right there.
This software makes meet management simple and easy for our staff to enter and keep up with meet data. Syncs great with Lynx as well.
