Good value if you are already using other ECI products
What do you like best?
The feature our sales team uses most is the alerts. configurable alerts when, for example, a new lead makes their first purchase, when a customer has stopped buying, or when their margin drop below a certain threshold. What makes Acsellerate valuable is the fact that it integrates into our other ECI DDMS system. it also has a decent CRM built in to it.
What do you dislike?
I will admit, as the IT guy, it is frustrating how finicky the site can be, especially logging in. also, sometimes support takes a couple days to get back to me. Sometimes the site doesn't like our security, or a browser update can cause problems. It requires pop-ups be allowed, which browsers like to turn off. To be fair though, it doesn't have problems most of the time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Acsellerate is our primary analytics tool and CRM for individual salespeople. the reports, charts, and alerts are customizable. It really makes a difference in the salespeople's ability to cover their accounts without forgetting about people. there is also the margin alerts. this is a good reminder when we've missed a few items during our last price adjustment.
