3. Pricing is cheaper and makes it easy to afford.
4. Integration with Salesforce makes it best. especially on app exchange.
What do you dislike?
More improvements can be done.
There are some changes which could be made. Also, the white label is an issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use, simple to set up. User-friendly and cheaper alternative. Use it definitely for robust lead management. I would suggest this once you have at least more than 15 leads per month.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We wanted a software which could enable us to do all the monitoring and tracking of campaign analytics. Lead processing times and automation is making it easier for us to work together on one campaign. Also, tools like Account Navigator is making this one special.
