Advanced user of Access thankQ CRMAmong the best charity softwares, this is a fairly new platform. I personally like the design of the platform and allocation of different functions, search option. I find it quite user friendly and innovative.
I have never actually used the support team or the donor data function and I'm not too sure how it works. I'm also not too sure what are the GDPR policy of the platform as it seems a little bit unclear.
As I said, I love this platforms design and functions - it's very user friendly and even if you never worked on a similar platform you should be able to get your head around pretty quickly.
We had an issue fundraising among the Birmingham area and it was useful to look for connections and cooperation among other companies through this platform. The biggest benefit is that we managed to fundraise more over a fairly short period of 3m.
