Amazing power of a Research Online service platform

What do you like best?

Main advantadges compared to traditional research is SPEED & DoItYourself service.

No need to wait to get results, as in 3 hours you can have figures to take right decissions when you miss user's insights.

You can develope your own forms in short time, either from scratch or based on standarized patterns (or your previous forms).

You can fine tune segmentation based on interests, not just demographic data.

You have technical assesment available.

What do you dislike?

Obviously, it is more expensive but it is worth in many occasions.

For long surveys, or complex ones, it may not fit.

You need to have experience to design good forms and to read results, but you also have technical assessment available.

You need to anticipate the payment and are obliged to use the money within a limited period of time (sometimes can be short).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Different kind of research to get insights from your target (product test, purchase habits, usage habits...).
