★★★★★
Unique, interactive, and impactful tool for feedback and input

What do you like best?

The combination of a main prompt with a mini-survey. It allows for reflective input and rating of responses on a topic, along with demographic or clarifying questions.

What do you dislike?

While TE has AI/Machine analysis, there is still a considerable amount of time spent in re-analyzing and categorizing the TE responses.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Understand that this is not a traditional survey tool. It is for a deep dive into one prompt or topic at a time, rather than a sweeping survey covering many topics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows us to easily reach and receive input from a diverse, remote work force, and it allows our employees to not only share their thoughts and ideas, but to rate the thoughts of others. From this we can see similarities and differences in thoughts, as well as how important or significant those thoughts are to others. So we don't just end up with a list of things to address or consider, we can immediately see which ones should take priority. It has greatly helped in our planning for projects and initiatives that impact our employees.
