What do you like best?

The built-in logic is excellent, we build out all of our surveys using Alchemer. The logic helps with all the different scenarios we have for dealerships from product selection to management systems. Instead of building out a form for each scenario, we can have one form with all the options to display specifics based on user selection.

What do you dislike?

The multi-user tier is a bit pricey, so we settle for one user. We communicate between the team when using the account so another person does not kick off the current user. The search function could be a bit better, you have to remove your search word. Otherwise, the results don't clear even though you go back to all surveys.
