What do you like best?

Woocommerce subscriptions fairly easy to get started with, especially if you are familiar with woocommerce, which can be a bit wonky at times. It has enough features for almost any new subscription model business

What do you dislike?

As with woocommerce and most of the available plugins, the more plugins you have, the slower the page load speed and potential for plugins to not play nicely with each other. But, unless you know how to custom code, plugins are the only option. It's really not an issue with the subscription plugin per se, but the woocommerce platform itself. The plugin is somewhat limited in features for a business that requires alot of customizations, and it isn't intuitive on how it manages the subscriptions separately from the initial order.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a plugin to help us manage a rental program - the first shipment is a physical product and the subsequent billings are virtual. We didn't have the funds to invest in a custom coded system, so this fit the bill for our needs for now.
