Great experience so far!

What do you like best?

Culture Amp is incredibly user friendly. We implemented the Performance module in the last six months after having the survey module for a couple of years. We rolled out our first performance cycle with hardly any hiccups. Culture Amp support is always incredibly helpful, always willing to answer questions or escalate problems to the engineering team if needed. I also like the new Skills coach and playbooks in collaboration with lifelabs, excited to roll it out to our new managers sometime this year.

What do you dislike?

The admin side of culture amp could use some love. It is a bit difficult sometimes to fix or diagnose problems as I can't view the system as another user as an admin. That would be a fantastic future feature. It should also be a bit easier for collaborators to complete performance reviews together. The process to get previous reviews from other systems into Culture Amp was clunky and could be improved in the future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our last performance system was clunky, Culture Amp make is so much easier for managers to be able to track their direct reports, and to have much more information at hand when writing reviews.
