Functional but

What do you like best?

I think the tool is powerful if you know how to use it

What do you dislike?

Difficult to use interface

Although customer service was sometimes good, I had one awful experience which means I will not buy anything from them again

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We managed to merge a lot of salesforce accounts with help from the customer service rep
