DESelect enables marketers to easily make campaign segmentations without dependency on third party consultants, the IT department, technical marketers, FTP programs or Excel. DESelect allows marketers to save time to focus on value-adding activities.

Key functionality:
– Drag-and-drop interface to easily select data extensions and fields, create relations between data extensions, add filters and define the fields in your results
– Build complex segmentations in a user-friendly UI
– Automatically create the target data extension to which the results will be written

What do you like best?

The interface is easy to use and very user-friendly. DESelect team is always very reactive and efficient to solve our issues and adapt the solution to our needs.

What do you dislike?

I cannot see anything that I dislike about the tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As our data is coming from various different sources, the segmentation of our data for our marketing campaigns used to be a very repetitive and time-consuming task. We have now built a list of targeted segments which we can re-use just by refreshing the data.
