Great tool for Mass Updating records in Salesforce

What do you like best?

This tool is amazing for updating Contact Record owners in Salesforce. Salesforce has a native Mass Transfer too but for some reason doesn't open up the functionality to contacts and custom objects.

What do you dislike?

While the tool is grreat setting up custom objects for the Mass updates can be a bit technical.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
