Sometimes it takes a few times to get the answers I am looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend training the service representatives more on the product. They are extremely helpful and friendly and looking to help, but they need more hands on time with the product. I do understand that they are just launching, but I would like to see a more solid knowledge of everything.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is helping me use and train my employees on how to use salesforce.
