Their platform makes it so easy to plan, and execute your marketing campaigns effectively and be able to easily track your progress.

What do you dislike?

The platform is great but a downside is the lack of customization as well as not universally adopted, so when working with other departments it is not the easiest to share.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take into consideration if this will actually benefit your company. Not all businesses needs to track their marketing campaigns because they are only targeting one audience or have one product. So, if you have multiple campaigns going at once, I would highly consider this product!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to solve the problem of ambiguous goals while we are in a campaign. With this platform we are able to constantly refer back to our original goals and data, which allows us to keep a focal point set on our end goal as well as measure how well we are staying on track.
