Advanced user of Milestones PM+Tasks/milestones are linked so vital steps along the way are not forgotten. All project notes are in one place for everyone to see. Because of the integration with Salesforce there is a community of users available for support and assistance. You can't create reports off of a spreadsheet, so we now have historical reporting as well as up to date timelines available for everyone to see.
Training documents and resources need further refinement. There have been some bugs along the way within the software, but the support team is helpful and they provide follow up on reported issues.
Download the trial software and build a test project. If you projects are long-term, task heavy or require multiple team members, choose the premium version. The company also offers a few other software options that are worthwhile. We also use Rollup Helper which is extremely user friendly.
We use Milestones PM+ to onboard new clients. All of our tasks and milestones are linked so nothing within the process is forgotten. We now have consistent historical reporting available because all clients are onboarded in the same manner. Our teams can see exactly where each client is along the timeline. We use Issues to highlight any problems along the way and these Issues are reviewed with the client to ensure that they receive exactly the training they require.
