Nothing really. You have to tweak it a little bit before using it, for instant to ignore API Integrations Users, (as they get most of the action but aren't really a user) but that's about it.
Don't create any Adoption Reports/Dashboards from scratch. Jump on this first and modify if needed.
Having consulted for dozens of companies, I've noticed that a big part of Change Management is adoption. Human processes more so than technical processes. This dashboard is a quick view of the behaviour of a companies employees, which can help pinpoint specific problems, not only with the technology part of things, but the behaviour of users.
