What do you like best?

I liked watching the videos created by my company specifically for our industry and company to learn more about my role

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say I disliked anything major, I like to do things on my phone and it didn't translate on the phone screen as well so i had to use my laptop instead.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I enjoyed not only seeing content from other coworkers but being able to create content to help others learn too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

PointForward was used as learning tool for the sales team when you first come on board to learn about the company, our mission and what we offer. It also goes through selling our particular services and everyone on the service is an employee of the company so its peer to peer learning just not face to face.

It helped me to learn an industry I knew nothing about in a short space of time so I could answer customer's questions and be confident in what I'm selling.
