Infotelligent is a great way to gain access to key stakeholders, for North American organizations, across many different verticals. The product is straightforward to use, and the search capabilities provide a simple way to identify potential leads beyond what LinkedIn can offer. With an integration directly to Salesforce, Infotelligent offers a streamlined way to populate CRM records with key details without reliance on the Sales rep to enter them manually.
What do you dislike?
As a company that targets global customers, the one limitation that we have encountered is that the data is only currently available for North America.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Infotelligent was purchased to provide insight and clarity into organizational structures for prospect companies that our Sales team was targetting. Leveraging the information within the Infotelligent product, we have been able to accelerate the sales cycle for key accounts as well as have a better understanding of the reporting stuctures in those accounts.
