Top notch service and support

What do you like best?

Shay did a fantastic job with the implementation. The program is easy to implement, and the support is excellent. The detail we get from the system has allowed us to stream line our sales process, gain necessary approvals and provide professional proposals to customers in a fraction of the time it took before.

What do you dislike?

Written documentation would have been helpful earlier in the process, but once I asked for it, they provided it. It would also be beneficial to have a password reset option for users within Dealhub.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The team is very helpful and willing to accommodate requests. The program is intuitive. We love the freedom it has provided our team to create professional custom quotes within minutes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our quoting and approval process is streamlined. Proposals are beautifuly designed with ease. We are able to better guage customer interest with the feedback recieved when a proposal is viewed.
