Maximize your brand and make it easy for customers to do business with you!

Workflow automation is one of the biggest trends these days. The good news is that automation has increased the amount of prospects businesses can reach exponentially. The bad news is that the customer experience has taken a major nosedive because business interactions no longer feel personal or meaningful.

So how does your company get the best of both worlds? By using automation to reach two goals – interact with as many prospects as possible, while giving each a personalized and satisfactory experience, and by using automation to operational excellence (i.e. eliminate human error).

Mixmax is full of features that enhance the customer communication experience while minimizing your amount of administrative overhaul:

Engaging emails (with polls, survey, link previews and more)
Email tracking (so you know exactly who opened your email, and when)
One-click meeting scheduling (making it drop dead easy to schedule meetings)
Templates (for a consistent, professional feel)
Self-service drip/nurture campaigns (that include LinkedIn Sales Navigator touches)
Dialer (to call prospects directly from Gmail)
Robust workflow to create a single process across popular applications like DocuSign, Slack, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Pipedrive and more

As they say, the proof is in the pudding. Our customers see time savings ranging from 1 day per week to 90 hours per week, meetings booked 6X faster with Mixmax, and increases of 18-30% increase in sales demos.

What do you like best?

Let me start by saying that I switch from Hubspot primarily because of the cost. But I quickly realized that Mixmax is much easier to use, and integrates better with Google Workspace. I'm getting more features for a lower price. And while it seems I'll stick with Mixmax because of the cost, it is not so. Let me explain. Some of my emails from one of my email accounts were being flagged as spam. So, I first reached out to Google about it. THe help was minimal but when I reached out to Mixmax, the support I received exceeded what I had hoped for. I had a first virtual meeting with the CTO to discuss the situation and he did all in his power to resolve the issue even though as we discovered had nothing to do with Mixmax. What blew my mind is that the following week he followed up and implemented some upgrades just to try help me out further. I must say that I have the entry level subscription, so for the CTO to take the time to schedule two meetings with me says a lot about this company. It's one thing to sell a service, it's another to care about your customers and Mixmax just proved to me, that they care about my success.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, it's hard for me to think objectively at this moment about what I dislike about Mixmax. As a Hubspot user, I was able to add multiple emails under one account and only pay for one seat though with plenty of limitations. With Mixmax, you cannot do so, each account counts as a seat. It's not a bad thing per se, it's just how they bill and I cannot be mad at that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do it. And if you're on the edge, try the free version. It gives you enough features to make an educated decision.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to track and schedule emails is very important to how I do business. I love that I can see which emails and how many times they were open right in my inbox without having to go to my dashboard. I also wanted the ability to have templates emails that can be sent in a blur, Mixmax saves me a lot of time with those.
