What do you like best?

I love Outplay as a whole and use it for prospecting and keeping my network up to date on what my company is doing.

What do you dislike?

Only Vidyard can be used within the email. Needs more options. Uploading spreadsheets and mapping feature is challenging and not user friendly. No notifications if you lose access to vital functionality such as opt-out link (broken subdomain) can really be dangerous with the CannAct. Help desk can give directions, but many times it is just talking in a loop and no one really helps to figure out the problem, meaning the user has to take it on themselves to identify issues. Issues can sometimes take a week or more to be resolved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Lots of positives, but be prepared to maintain this program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been using it for about a year now. I realize it's a new company so I am looking forward to them hiring more support, adding more user friendly functionality.
