Oracle is perfectly decent

What do you like best?

It runs relatively smoothly and is easy to teach to others. Easy to transition into. I like that it can generate its own reports and help me with the math sections that I am not that quick with and don't have to do on my own. I like the organization of Oracle. Overall, the quality is decent and I would recommend this product to other small companies. My experience is with 8 employees and sales around $450,000 per year.

What do you dislike?

It has a hard time with crashing unexpectedly. It can be a little hard to look at. Oracle might not be as easy to make accessible to every employee. I wish it had a version or option for people with epilepsy (the colors can be changed to make this happen). Make the product more user friendly for people with disabilities, please.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The reporting on the back end is very helpful. I notice that having these reports on hand makes me do them more and have a more accurate picture of sales and current trends. Being able to see UPT and other analytics up front is very useful. It has helped me as a manager in the past see what needed to be worked on specifically and what needed to be relaxed on because my employees were doing well. Being able to sort by specific things on reports was also a very handy and reliable factor in analytics.
