What do you like best?

This system integrates CRM with automated marketing and uses the behavior of my contacts to suggest who I should call next. When I log in, I have a list of calls and tasks to make. Emails and texts can be automated or set up as mass emails or mass texts. I can automate Market Reports or Property Searches. I can set up text codes to be directed to landing pages or squeeze pages that eventually lead to my website and capture the contact information. I can also make calls directly from the platform; the system logs and records the calls. What I love most is the way all of this integrates into one platform. I previously used four different services to get this much benefit. And the four services were not all integrated.

What do you dislike?

It's not always as fast as I would like.
