What do you like best?

Property Minder provides us professional website with powerful tools. We manage buyer searches, email listing information to our clients, manage our calendar and use this tool daily. The program has more options than most agents use and is a great tool for supporting and improving our business.

What do you dislike?

The program is not as easily used on a phone or tablet.

If you need a Website Manager that is focused on real estate, I can recommend Property Minder. They continue to introduce new ways of keeping in touch with clients. I especially like the way we are notified when there is interest in our listings.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The program allows us to keep our buyers updated on every new listing that comes on the MLS. It allows us to set specific criteria for each buyer. Our website is up to date with our new listings and virtual tours. We can keep sellers advised of activity in their neighborhood...and more.
