What do you like best?

The ease of use is, well, very easy! I don't find myself clicking around trying to figure out where the button or drop down is to use the system. It's all very intuitive and super easy.All of the tabs make sense to me and is laid out to be the most efficient use of my time.

What do you dislike?

Kind of a minor thing, but when I first used the follow up tab I made the call for the same day and time as it currently was because it auto populates the date and time for the present date and time. If that were blank it would be easier, but now that I'm aware I know to look out for that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking leads and building my database is very easy. I can schedule follow up emails, texts or calls very easily. It is helping me with time management and staying in touch with my clients and finding new clients.
