What do you like best?
The outline structure is easy to follow and find what you are looking for - not for the older people in my office, but for me. I like that you can get a dedicated link to send people as well, so they don't have to hunt.
What do you dislike?
It has literally lost my documents 5 times in less then a year. I've taken to saving to my desk top to avoid losing a day of work. It's fairly ridiculous how much trouble I've had and I believe it's linked to compatibility issues with MS and security systems on my computer.

None - the point is to keep proposal docs in a secured location and lock editing privileges; it fails to perform well in this very basic function.
