All of the info I need in one place

What do you like best?

Rather than having a to do list for each property, and a sheet for who has paid rent, plus running to the bank to make deposits, this puts everything in one place. I also like the ability to have clients upload videos rather than calling to ask them specifically what is needed. It also prevents them from calling me at crazy hours which is another plus.

Also I can set up quarterly to do items for the maintenance guy, and he gets emails for repairs as well.

Money is funded to my account in a reasonable amount of time, and the help button gets very quick responses

What do you dislike?

The payment system has some bugs, not all renters are getting the two verifications to set up their account, and some people's banks are being tagged as debit cards for a fee, rather than banks for the $1.00 Unfortunately for those tenants I have had to accept checks rather than using the system

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My maintenance man get notified as soon as I do about a problem, I always know who has paid their rent, and it's logged clearly, I keep all my to do lists in one place, and my maintenance man can schedule his day without my having to be involved
