Great for payments and utilities

What do you like best?

I like that Paylease partners with Resman to allow residents to be able to pay online.

What do you dislike?

I have not run across anything in Paylease that i dislike to be quite honest, however the employees that i work directly with have said that the Utilities portion of the billing takes long to get out bills to residents. I don't see that as an issue as we select the bill out date.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to get residents to pay online while we eat the cost of the ACH fee has been amazing and saved our sites so much time during the beginning of the month.
