What do you like best?

In TenantCloud you do not need to be the most experienced because TenantCloud keeps it simple and easy to understand. Their intuitive interface also makes things visually accessible and easy! Plus, you can collect rent straight from the app!!

What do you dislike?

On the tenant side, I wish there was a way for tenants to see their profile related to our property only. I know that, currently, tenants are able to shop around and see other homes being rented in the area which could lead to them leaving our property.

We are good landlords and we have a strong relationship with our tenants, but it just doesn't help if everything month they log in to pay their rent, they have are greeted with other properties.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With TenantCloud, I am actually saving money because I do not have to pay for tolls anymore, I don't have to drive (and be stuck in traffic) to collect rent every month... TenantCloud is able to process those payments at no additional cost!
