Incredibly Capable and Responsive Property Management
What do you like best?
Innago is incredible easy to implement, simple to use and Dave Spooner and his team have never failed to listen to my suggestions and implement them quickly when possible. I can honestly say that I have rarely found a vendor of any product that was as responsive and helpful as the team at Innago. Fantastic software and fantastic team!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike about Innago. Any issues that I've had as I pushed to implement more of the software or any wish list of product enhancements that I've communicated to Dave and his team have been addressed professionally, quickly and thoughtfully. They truly listen to their customers and make the changes that improve the product experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise anyone that has a portfolio of properties to give Innago a try. The team was incredibly helpful in getting me set up and the true cost is nothing. There really is no reason not to try it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are now able to run our residential and commercial portfolios on autopilot. This frees us up to add more properties. We even asked for a change in the product to address our need for HOA fee billing and tracking. In no time, Dave and his team had it up and running for us. They understand how to implement incremental changes to get to the end goal as quickly as possible while still maintaining the integrity of the product.
